Ans. : You can cancel your membership from your payment account. You can also send email to our customer service (service@bizsupermall.com) or use "Contact Us" form. We will help you to end your subscription. To avoid being charged monthly fees, we must receive your cancellation notice one week in advance of the month

Ans. : In order to sell your business on BizSuperMall.com, you must register as a standard or a premium member.

Q: I am a business broker. How many businesses can I post to sell?

Ans. : After you register as a premium broker, you can post 100 businesses or more to sell on BizSuperMall.com. If you need to post more businesses for sale, please let us know.

Q: How do we become your franchise sponsor?

Ans. : On "FIND A FRANCHISE" page, you can click the "Become a Sponsor" button and fill out the Franchise Sponsorship form. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: I am a business owner. How do I advertise on the homepage of BizSuperMall.com?

Ans. : If you are a business owner, you must register as a premium member. After you become a premium member, you can pay for "Featured Businesses" listings on the homepage.

Ans. : If you are a business broker, you must register as our business broker member. After you become our broker member, you can pay for"Platinum Businesses listings", "Platinum Business Brokers listings", "Featured Businesses listings" on the homepage.
