In addition, there are about 75 other accounts, for which service is provided on an on call basis. There is also a garden center associated with the business which also serves as the company’s headquarters and storage area for vehicles, equipment and materials. The lease has six years remaining at $1,500 per month. The garden center also has an active holiday period, selling trees, wreaths and holiday decorations. The sale includes eight trucks, a Bobcat, a Dingo and a full compliment of other machinery. 2010 sales were the highest ever and 2011 seems to be on track for about the same sales. |
